A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. Run Club+ Half Marathon Training $119Purchase required to enroll

Run Club+ Half Marathon Training is designed to help moms like you take your running to the next level with an 8 week guided training program! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for runners who are comfortable with running 3 miles.

Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms both virtually and in person at Live Run Days.

FIT4BABY Open House Free

Join us for a FREE FIT4BABY prenatal fitness open house!

Experience a 30 minute workout, followed by refreshments and time to meet and speak with professionals in the prenatal/childbirth field.

FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body. The workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation - everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre 1 visit freeFrom $0 per visit with Share the Love Free Week - 2/10/20-2/16/20 pass

Stroller Barre is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help mama regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles. Pre- and postnatal fitness class.

Strides 360 is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

Body Back® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $0 per visit with Share the Love Free Week - 2/10/20-2/16/20 pass

Body Back is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation. For women at all ages and stages of motherhood, including during pregnancy.

This is a child free workout. Memberships, Drop-In, and class passes available.
