The Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles is our inclement weather location for our Ashburn (Broadlands weekday AM classes). Any class changes due to the weather will be posted one hour prior to start time via Facebook, Twitter and emailed to those registered to attend class (please register ahead of time via your Front Desk Account!)

For Stroller Strides® classes, enter through the main entrance, pass the front desk and take a right! We'll be just down the hallway on the right hand side.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller, and the environment. Prenatal and postnatal fitness class.

Stroller Barre 1 visit freeFrom $14 per visit with 20 Class Pass pass

Stroller Barre is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help mama regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles. Pre- and postnatal fitness class.

Strides 360 provides:

• An endurance based, total body workout

• Drills that focus on speed, agility and quickness

•Movements that incorporate ladders, cones, hurdles, jump ropes and the environment

• A workout focused on mom


Body Back® Boost 1 visit freeFrom $14 per visit with 20 Class Pass pass

Body Back® BOOST is a total-body, high-intensity interval training workout. This is a child free workout. Body Back® BOOST is ongoing, not a session format. Start anytime and stay as long as you like! Memberships and 10 class passes available. This workout is not appropriate during pregnancy.

Register for class at least 12 hours in advance.
