Stroller Barre is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help mama regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles. Pre- and postnatal fitness class.

Body Back® BOOST is a total-body, high-intensity interval training workout. This is a child free workout. Body Back® BOOST is ongoing, not a session format. Start anytime and stay as long as you like! Memberships and 10 class passes available. This workout is not appropriate during pregnancy.
